When You Lose Your Form, Take A Break: Stop Before Your Injure Your Self, Relationships, and Progress.

During one of my home workouts this week, I noticed my form was falling apart on a resistance band shoulder press.

The old me would have pushed through the poor form and pull a muscle or worse.

Maybe you can relate to ignoring your exhaustion and continuing into pain or injury?
My trainer has the good sense to continually remind me that, "If you lose form - stop and rest."

It got me thinking, where else am I out of form in my life? Where do I need to rest and recover so I don't injure myself? In my relationships? In my business?
