This is the first update for 2019! I've been out with family for a while, and getting settled back into the swing of things.
First off, stay tuned for info on a mid January webinar I am going to do. So many people (including myself) have their New Years "Revolutions" start to fall apart about now. So the webinar is planned to help you keep motivated towards whatever health or personal goals you may have for the year.
