Ask a Coach A Question - Dec 11, 2020Dec 13, 2020
This week on #AskACoach, we looked at three different questions submitted by the folks who follow me on Facebook and Instagram.
The general theme this week is doing what's in your control and not worrying about everything else.
Maybe you can relate to struggling this year with losing a job or having a negative "tape" in your head that's not serving your success. Maybe you want to be more intentional with your productivity in general?
We address each of these in the video because the three questions are:
- "I lost my job in March and don't feel like I have purpose. How can I find a new job?"
- "I constantly tell myself, 'I'm too old. I'm not good enough'. How can I change the tapes in my head?"
- "How can I be more intentionally productive? "
There is so much context I don't have here to help coach and advise here. That's why one-on-one coaching is so valuable. It's less me talking and more of a collaboration building a plan for your specific situations.
