  6. Take a holistic approach to life to feel greater happiness and fulfillment. Take care of your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Prioritize self-care and invest in personal growth to become better equipped to lead others. 
  7. Student mindset. Coaching is one of the best ways to grow and develop as a leader, as it provides us with the guidance and support we need to reach our full potential.
  8. Know yourself. At the end of the day, the biggest question in life is, "who are you?" When we take the time to reflect on this question, we can begin to uncover our true purpose and potential as leaders. 
  9. Embrace a growth mindset, cultivate intention, and take a holistic approach to life to tap into our leadership potential and positively impact the world around us.
