Regenerative Health For Entrepreneurs with Natalie Forstbaeur

Season #3

Today we talk with my good friend Natalie Forstbaur, and regenerative health. We cover her story on getting into the sustainable and regenerative space, her journey recovering from severe health events, and habits for all entrepreneurs to escape stress, and sustain their focus in their businesses and lives.

Habits for beginners:

  1. Get clarity on this question: What does health mean to you?
  2. Eat more whole foods
  3. Have a breathing / presence exercise (check the recording for specifics!)
  4. Get into and connect to nature
