Your Time For Change Is Now!

Take The Questionnaire Now!

But What's The #1 Thing That Gets In The Way?

Energy.  People are tired and worn out, so changing things seems like too big a task.

Why, though? Well, the world's changed. Before the mid-2000's we weren't bombarded with information 24/7. When smartphones and the internet started to find their stride, the way we worked and lived changed.

Before, we could actually disconnect from the world and live our lives. Now, we constantly see how other people live, news that's incentive is to anger us, to draw our attention to things outside what matters to us.

It literally takes more energy to process all the things around us than it used to, so no wonder so many of us feel completely wiped at the end of the day.

That was me...

As someone who is more introverted, this energy expenditure from the environment is real.

My first corporate software job in 2007 started in a pod on the third floor at Wal-Mart's Information System Division. No door, periodic pager duty, and piles of never-ending work. These things are pretty much the worst for someone who gets energy from solo activities.

Constant walk-ups and interruptions while I was trying to code, loud conference calls from across the pod-forest, the expectation to attend all meetings and answer all phone calls led to tons of stress. I constantly felt burnt out and exhausted from my work environment.

After feeling miserable for a few months, I thought that there must be a better way.

My guess was getting my stress lower, so I could sleep more soundly. So I started researching ways to sleep better, increase energy, and squash stress.

While researching what to do, I also decided to sign up for a marathon (yes, I was that stressed that running forever seemed like a great idea). It was the best impulse decision I've ever made because I learned the power of exercise to reduce stress - You can sweat away feelings!

The second thing I learned from my research was to quiet the mind with journaling. If it's on a page, your brain won't fixate on it when you need to sleep.

These two lessons, sweat away feelings and put thoughts to paper, changed my stress levels, which changed my sleep habits, which changed my energy levels.

So at a high level, you need to exercise and journal to improve your energy.

What I learned after getting your energy right is that you need to focus on five areas if you want change, transformation, and success.

  1. Clarity - We need habits to help us figure out who we are, what we want in life, and the steps to get there. Your clarity is as good as your self-awareness, and that's why you sometimes need a coach because a good coach will ask you the follow-up questions you probably don't want to answer. Those are the questions we usually need to figure out to reach our next level.
  2. Energy - We need to feel more vibrant and energetic mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Sometimes a coach can help keep us honest and consistent in our healthy habits.
  3. Courage - We need to take constant bold action towards our goals, ambitions, and purposes so we don't get stuck in feeling comfortable. Sometimes we need someone to believe in us when we don't feel confident or to nudge us to do what we want for ourselves, and a coach can be great for both.
  4. Productivity - We need to focus more on what works and less on distractions, so we make progress on what's important to us. Having someone to talk through our performance can help us identify areas to grow or make connections to improve our efficiency.
  5. Influence - We need to inspire and lead better so that people join our causes and missions. I love coaching people through this because we can role-play tough conversations and find the right words to talk to a co-worker, loved one, or friend.

It's tough working on these areas alone because we all have blind spots.

It's also hard finding people to help us in these areas that don't have an agenda for us, have our best selves in mind, challenge us to improve, and have a proven process to help us get clear about our lives.

The reason people want to work with me on these topics are probably because of some things you already believe:

"I can achieve what I want in my life." The belief we can change. That could mean feeling happy, energetic, and confident more often than not. That could mean a promotion or more sales for the business. That could mean better communication and connection with your spouse and kids or getting into the best shape of your life.

"I get results quicker with a guide and proven process." The belief in levering others' expertise. So many people get the books, take the courses, write tons of journals, and their progress isn't going as quickly as they want. That's why a coach is great because they can tailor the process to your needs and ambitions and course-correct when you feel stuck.

Certified High Performance Coaching is also rated a 9.7/10 in satisfaction over hundreds of thousands of sessions. Why? It's a science-based process that focuses on habits anyone can learn and gets results.

"My performance and success matters to my family and my customers." The belief here is our service to others leads to more abundance, value, and role-modeling out in the world. If we can create more value in the market, we will create more financial stability for our families.

"I deserve success, love, and good things when I work for them." We need to believe good things can and should happen for us through our actions. So many folks don't have the self-confidence or belief in themselves for so many reasons, and when we work together, we will help you believe more in yourself.

In order to live into these beliefs, you need to figure out how to become a higher performer.

High Performance means beating what's normal in your life, without destroying your health and relationships in the process.

  • You need to have discussions about your life, who you are, where you want to go, and how to get there.
  • You need checklists and accountability in your health habits.
  • You need someone to challenge you to be great and to push for your dreams, even when you don't feel confident.
  • You need strategies and tactics to improve your output in your career, so you become the BEST at whatever you do.
  • You need frameworks and role-plays on how to inspire others into action, join your causes, and build deeper relationships.

Working in these five areas improves your performance. All you need is the right SUPPORT and PROCESS to become a higher performer.

That support and process is my certified high performance coaching program.

You could spend thousands of dollars on books, trainings, and seminars, trying to figure out what's effective for you to advance quicker.

You could spend tons of time reading all the things, trying things that don't work or don't apply to your life.

Worse, you could lose time trying to get the results you want in your life and not making the progress you want.

Or, you could sign up for Certified High Performance Coaching and learn the best practices, strategies, and tactics that will help you perform better, with a guide whose sole job is to help you believe in yourself, stay disciplined, and find breakthroughs.
