Lead Your Energy To Create Your Best Work
Hey Revolutionaries,
So much of what we create depends on our energy. The energy to start writing pages for the day, or begin researching the next podcast episode. We require energy for editing, promoting our work, and delivering stellar value for our clients, customers, and students.
HOW we lead our energy determines how successfully we are able to produce our BEST and most connective work.

For instance, this past week I had a HUGE hit to my overall energy and productivity. I finally caught my first case of Covid. Apart from a cough, runny nose, and some body aches, it wasn't too bad.
Yet I had a podcast episode to record, edit, and produce. So the topic of managing your energy was timely and well-needed to make sure I got out the "bare minimum" as a solo-preneur.
The first thing I did to manage my energy was to pare down what I was doing and focus on what needed to get done. This meant I didn't do any growth or outreach, just the weekly cadence of content.
The second thing I did was rely on my energy habits to get things done. That meant more movement training (with coughing), and meditation throughout the day.
The third thing I did was focus on sleep. So that meant NyQuil for me and sleeping separate from my wife so I didn't disturb her with my hacking and coughing at night.
So I was able to get the podcast recorded, edited, and ready for the world. It was a successful week, and I was able to rest and recover enough to feel pretty much back to normal today.
Which is why every creator needs to lead their energy!
